Terms and Conditions
The 2009 catalogue replace and cancel the old one.

Our prices include VAT and are charged on the basis of the rates on the day of the delivery. The prices and information available on the brochure can be modified at any time and do not engage us. We reserve ourselves the right to modify the style, the dimensions or the fabrics of the products whose descriptions appear on any of our printed paper of advertisement. The merchandises will remain the seller’s property until they have been paid in full.

All orders engage the customers to buy the products. In case of an exchange, the products can only be returned by the post. Our products can be exchanged in less than 15 days provided that they were neither washed, neither worn, nor ruffled. Special models made on demand and embroidered products will neither be exchanged nor refunded.

The seller is committed to the buyer following the signature by this last one of the purchase order, who represents a real agreement of sale of our products. The signature by the buyer of the purchase order entails by rights by this last one the acceptance of the completeness of the terms and conditions.

Delivery delays are only given as a rough guide. Any delays in the deliveries can give place to penalty except preliminary and express acceptance emanating from the Vincent Albane society siege.

Any cancellation of an order which would emanate from the buyer could not be operated without the express and written agreement of the seller, this last one reserving the right to refuse such a cancellation or to subject it to the preliminary regulation by the buyer of a compensation equal to 20 % of the value of the order.

Any contesting of whatever nature will be the exclusive competence of the Commercial Court of Paris.
